Specially-designed rear view mirror systems <br /> are an acceptable alternative. <br /> 13) The applicant should participate with the State Highway Depart- <br /> ment and the city of Boulder in installing an interconnected <br /> traffic signal at the intersection of the north haul road <br /> and Table Mesa Drive. No hauling operations shall be conducted <br /> until a signal is installed unless installation has been delayed <br /> by the state or the city of Boulder beyond six (6) months from <br /> the date of approval of this Special Use Review. <br /> 14) The maximum standard for dust levels at residential property <br /> lines shall be 10% opacity for no more than 30 seconds. <br /> Exceeding this standard shall constitute a violation of the <br /> Special Use approval . Enforcement of this standard will <br /> require verification of the violation by an individual certified <br /> by the state of Colorado. <br /> 15) Apart from and in addition to the operations area and settling <br /> ponds, the maximum disturbed area on the property at any one <br /> time shall not exceed twenty-five (25) acres. Areas which have <br /> been shaped and contoured for subsequent planting will not <br /> be considered to be disturbed areas. <br /> 16) Overburden from the stripping of stage 1 should be stockpiled <br /> around the perimeter of the stage and seeded with natural <br /> grasses, with the majority of the overburden stockpiled on the <br /> northwest, west and southwest portions of the perimeter <br /> in order to provide visual , noise and windblown dust screening <br /> from residential areas. <br /> 17) Reclamation and revegetation of the existing Turnpike Pit site <br /> must be completed before any areas are disturbed on the Deepe <br /> Pit site, except that overburden materials from the Deepe Farm <br /> Pit may be used to properly reclaim and revegetate the Turnpike <br /> Pit and except that stocpiles may be left until sold as long <br /> as the stockpiles are flattened and lowered for safety purposes. <br /> 18) Trees to replace the existing Deepe homesite should be planted <br /> as soon as possible so that the existing trees are removed. <br /> 19) Operating hours for all activities on site shall be limited <br /> to 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays.
