Materials reviewed included <br />your a-mail, Trapper letter of December 7, 2006, Trapper letter of November 22, 2006, our letter of <br />October 30, 2006, and Agapito Associates letter of November 30, 2006. The Agapito Associates letter was <br />submitted under the Trapper letter of November 22, 2006, and is considered as Trapper's Phase 1 report. <br />Item numbers are based on our October 30, 2006 letter. The slide occurred on October 8, extensive and <br />sudden movement at 12:30 pm, but was noted as having initiated earlier that morning (Agapito Associates <br />letter of November 30, 2006).
