RE: Outdate Forms for Program Actions
It has been brought my attention on more than rte occassion that outdated
forms (with old Divisi titles and names) are ill being used by staff
I members, even when new, dated forms are ava' able in the forms cabinet.
Obviously, these outdated fo s are the result of being "squirreled away" in
people's desks for their conve 'ent use~hen needed.
If you have some of these outdat~ rms in your office, please exchange them
for the updated ones. If the orms h e not yet been updated, let us know so
that we can fix them. (We a still in he process of converting them all to
WordPerfect documents, a engthy and time- onsuming activity).
