natural, of the slide azea, e) the approximate pre-slide slope gradient and f) the location and <br />approximate amount of ground water released with the slide. <br />Second, please provide a demonstration that the remedial backfilling and grading work <br />performed on the slide conforms to the appropriate permit commitments stated in the Maxim <br />reports found in Volume VII, "Geotechnical Studies". The demonstration should include plan <br />and section views of the regraded slide azea, the approximate finished slope gradient and the <br />method used, if applicable, for dealing with ground water. If compliance with the permit <br />commitments can't be demonstrated with the current con£guration, please submit a plan for the <br />revised remedial work that will satisfy these commitments. <br />The Division requests that BRL provide this information by October 13, 2006. The information <br />does not need to be submitted through the revision process.
