As I mentioned to you over the phone, we are mining nowhere near to
any of the remaining entities required to get permission to mine within 200 ft. of their
structures. As we concluded over the phone, they are Aneda Mazquez and Adams
County for the Brighton Rd. alignment. We have only begun mining near one of the
ownerships (Dale Seeger) that we have permission for and the locations for the other two
ownerships will not be mined until near to the end of this permit schedule, even with the
amendment property.
Please place this information into our file and contact me if you have any questions or
concerns.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Rob Laird
Land Manager
enclosures
ce: file
