Therefore the Ready Mixed Concrete Company is <br />in compliance with previous regulations. <br />The Ready Mixed Concrete Company is currently following the <br />reclamation plan outlined in its permit end has been insper_ted <br />several times by the MLRD staff. They have had no ob7ecticns to <br />the existing operation. This lack of information in your files <br />does not originate from any attempt to bypass rules and <br />regulations.
