Will the extracted material be hauled offsite or used on the same parcel of <br />property where the material is extracted? <br />5. What on site use will be made of the extracted material? <br />6. If the material is hauled offsite, where will it be hauled and what is the <br />intended use? <br />7. What is the approximate areal extent of the proposed extraction in acres? <br />8. To what approximate depth will the extraction extend? <br />9. In cubic yards, approximately how much material will be removed? <br />10. By what method(s) will the material be extracted? <br />1 1. Will either the landowner or the mine site operator receive any type of <br />compensation, i.e., monetary, in-kind, etc., from the proposed material <br />extraction? <br />12. Please supply a copy of any documents that will ensure that the area of <br />extraction will be reclaimed to some beneficial land use once extraction <br />activities have been completed. <br />13. Do you have permits for this activity from any other governmental <br />agencies, and, if so, what are they? <br />Send the petition to the DMG, and we will make a determination or schedule the petition <br />before the Board at its next meeting. Normally, the Board meets each month in Denver <br />for two days. The meetings are held in Room 318, 1313 Sherman Street, starting at <br />9:00 a.m. The next available monthly meeting of the Board is 2/21 and 2/22/96. <br />If there is a hearing on this matter, we recommend that you or your representative be <br />present at the meeting when your petition is considered. You are encouraged to make <br />your own presentation and answer questions by the Board. The DMG will not make <br />your arguments for you. We will, however, schedule consideration of your petition by <br />the Board. <br />If we schedule this matter for a Declaratory Order hearing, you should prepare ten (10) <br />
