"All Urban Consumers" <br />Index Number. It should be noted that the factor I am using is approx- <br />imate and tl~at you will have the official numbers from our main office <br />soon. <br />Using the factor of 2.29 increase multiplied by your payments due, <br />the following occures: <br />$700.00 yearly rental increases <br />$200.00 monthly minimum royalty <br />.041 per ton royalty increases <br />to $1,603.00. <br />increases <br />to .0916C <br />to $458.00. <br />Using these figures, this would result in $5,496.00 per year minimum <br />royalty zpplied to the first 60,000 ton removed from the property. <br />Adding the $1,603.00 would result in $7,099.00 yearly income, plus <br />.09161 per ton for all tonnage shipped in excess of 60,000 ton. <br />Ex ((r6 ! <br />
