The minutes were taped with FS
approval- a copy of the CD is available upon request.
Megen Kabele brought to this meeting a new Plan of Operations
which we objected to since we already have a Plan of Operations
in effect since 1991- a technical revision (TR) should easily
accommodate an upgrade. The Special Use Permit was temporary
it appears not to fit and that it is illegal -part of the reason given
for the permit was in error, it is our firm belief that no other special
use permit like this has ever been issued on a mining claim. The
Operational Plan was for 10 to 20 years (not a temporary). The
State plan is for the lifetime of the mine, to make a different time
limit would be in conflict with the State, such as 3 to 4 years.
