IN CONSIDERATION of the premium charged for the attached bond,
it is understood and agreed that the said bond shall be and the
same is hereby amended, effective September 20, 1995 by the
following change:
Bond covers Dowe Flats Quarry, and penal sum of bond is reduced
to Two Million Two Hundred Thirty Three Thousand Four Hundred
Fifty Two and No/100 Dollars ($2,233,452.00).
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the attached bond as changed by this
Rider shall be subject to all its agreements, terms and condi-
tions and limitations except as herein expressly modified, and
that the liability under the attached bond and under the attached
bond as changed by this Rider shall not be cumulative and shall
be limited in the aggregate to the penalty of the said bond.
