IMPORTANT: Disregard of any of these items will result in Contractor being <br />shut down for a minimum of 48 hours on Burlington Northern Railroad <br />right-of-way while infraction is investigated. Based on findings of the <br />investigation, it will be determined if the Contractor will be allowed to work <br />on BN RR right-of-way in the future. <br />13. Contractor safety rules, including rules regarding Personal Safety Equipment, <br />must not conflict with BN safety policies or rules. <br />14.
