A mix of residential and <br />commercial zoning was established and the owners have now applied to subdivide the property. <br />I understand that there is a reclamation plan for this property filed with your office. The City of Greeley <br />would like to make sure that the proposed subdivision and development of the property will not violate this <br />eclamatioh plan or if there is a conflict, what the property owners must do to amend the reclamation plan. <br />nclosed is a reduced copy of the plat that the City of Greeley is currently reviewing.
