Formal Public Hearing <br />MINERALS PROGRAM <br />Review and consideration of the adoption of revisions to the financial warranty cash <br />bond form. <br />The Board approved the financial warranty form for cash bonds. <br />~ 12. Discussion Item <br />MINERALS PROGRAM <br />Consideration of requests for the appointment of Pre-Hearing Conference Officers. <br />(No requests were submitted for the May Board meeting.) <br />Page 5 of 6 <br />13. Approval of Summary of April 2000 Minutes: The Board approved the April 2000 Minutes as submitted. <br />14. NPs and Continuances: The Board approved the NPs and Continuances as submitted. <br />15. EDO Report: <br />a) State Soii Conservation Board: Mr. Cattany said that Louis Frank is the <br />new executive director of this board. Mr. Cattany said the bill was passed <br />that moves the State Soil Conservation Board to the Department of <br />Agriculture to be effective July 1, 2000. <br />b} Director Applications: Mr. Cattany said that May 24, 2000 was the closing <br />date for the applications for the director positions for the Division of Wildlife <br />and the Water Conservation Board. <br />c) MEGA Board: Mr. Cattany stated that the MEGA Board will be meeting <br />June 12, 2000 in Alamosa to make its final recommendations related to <br />severance tax proposals of agencies with DNR that receive severance tax <br />money.
