The project area is located approximately 25 miles south of Gateway, Colorado. The site is accessed by State Highway 141 south of Gateway to Montrose County Road Q13 which accesses Martin Mesa and finally taking a short 4-wd spur road off of Q13 for approximately 0.25 miles to the site. The site is located in the SFJ4, Section 14, T48N, R18W. Site Showing There will NOT be a pre-bid meeting for this project. Bld Submission and Evaluation Bids will be submitted by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 3, 1999 by fax, mail or in person to Yvonne Brannon. Telephoned bids will NOT be accepted. All bidders must submit the attached bid schedule. Bid Award The apparent low bidder must submit a certificate of insurance with the following limits: Standard Worker's Compensation and Employer Liability, as required by State Statute including occupational disease, covering all employees at the work site. General Liability (Public Liability 8 Property Damage) (Minimum); a. Combined single limit of $600,000 written on an occurrence basis; b. Any aggregate will not be less than $1 million; c. The contractor must purchase additional insurance if claims reduce the annual aggregate below $600,000; d. The State of Colorado must be named as additional insured on each comprehensive general liability policy;
