Mr. Wenzel has held the position ofPlant Manager <br />with overall responsibility for operations at American Gypsum's facilities in Gypsum, Colorado. <br />Effective June 15, 2006 he will be transferring to another operation and Mr. Ray Barnes will assume <br />his responsibilities <br />As a result, I am writing to request the future designation of Mr. Ray Barnes as Responsible <br />Official who will maintain overall responsibility for operations included in the pernuts.
