Long <br /> Division Director <br />Re: Colorado Coal Mine No. 1 (C-81-024), Certificate of Insurance <br />Dear Mr. Keegan: <br />The Division has received and reviewed Kaiser Resources certificate of insurance for policy <br />term June 1, 1995 through June 1, 1996. The majority of the certificate is in compliance <br />with Rule 2.03.9 with the exception of the cancellation portion of the certificate. <br />Rule 2.03.9(3) requires that, <br />The policy shall include a rider requiring that the insurer notify the Division <br />whenever substantive changes are made in the policy, including any termination or <br />failure to renew. <br />In order to bring the insurance for the Colorado Coal Mine into compliance with Rule <br />2.03.9 please strike the wording, "endeavor to"..and.."but failure to mail such notice shall <br />impose no obligation or liability of any kind upon the company, its agents or <br />representatives:' from the cancellation section of the certificate. <br />If you have any questions regarding this matter, please call me. <br />Sincerely, <br />~' ~ <br />~ v>1 ~ <br />Janet .
