Program Narrative The purpose of the Cooperative Agreement is to reclaim the New Pryor Coal Mine site. Activities will include basic surveying, geotechnical investigations, design, bid advertisement and award, construction, inspection and maintenance during the first year following completion of the cooperative agreement. I Reclamation activities will eliminate the dangerous highwall and correct the severe erosion and failing vegetation of the site. During the reporting period of January, February and March, 1991, the Division completed and finalized the bid document and submitted the document to the Office of Surface Mining for review and comments. A soliciation for bid was published in the Walsenburg Huerfano World and the Denver Daily Journal. The Pre-Bid has been set for April 23, 1991 with a Bid Opening of May 7, 1991. The activities accomplished the scheduled work for this reporting period.
