In addition to commitments of record in this proposal, pre- <br />vious conditions of approval and commitments of record, when not <br />modified by this amendment, remain in full effect, and further <br />including additional information submitted by Western Paving Con- <br />struction in documents of file dated April 22 and April 27, 1977. <br />2. Fulfillment of the appropriate requirements of other agencies. <br />3. If the concept of the operation should change from using the <br />train to transport 90% of mined material from the site, the m~difi- <br />cations will be submitted to Boulder County for review. <br />4.
