Also attached are copies of <br />letters for full relinquishment for coal leases C-068199, and C-19885 <br />filed by Seneca Coal Company on February 24, 1996. <br />We'll withhold final action for 30 days from the date of this <br />memorandum for any comments you may have regarding the coal lease <br />relinquishments.
