To demonstrate the <br />legal and physical mesas of poeaible water replacement, CWI submitted a <br />list of all water rights owned by CWI is the specific drainage basins. <br />Pump and pipeline systems would be constructed for large replacement and <br />truck transport utilized for small temporary replacement. CWI will <br />furnish water replacement flows with quality that meets or ezceede <br />replaced flow quality. The majority of the flows within the permit area <br />are adjudicated for irrigation. CWI deserves <br />special recognition for the years of efforts to implement these water <br />protection plans. The Plaa can be used as a model to other coal mines in the <br />benefits and practicality to solving water mitigation is hydrologically <br />sensitive areas. <br />
