If we receive a complaint, we are required [o conduct an <br />inspection of the site. <br />Send the petition to the Division, and we will make a determination or schedule the petition before the Board at its next <br />meeting. Normally, the Board meets each month in Denver for two days. The meetings are held in Room 318, 1313 <br />Sherman Street, starting at 9:00 a.m. The next monthly meeting of the Board is June 24-25.1998, and will beheld in <br />Craig CO. <br />If there is a hearing on this matter, we recommend that you or your representative be present at the meeting when your <br />petition is considered. You are encouraged to make your own presentation and answer questions by the Bcazd. The <br />Division will not make your arguments for you. We will, however, schedule consideration of your petition by [he Board. <br />If we schedule this matter for a Declaratory Order hearing, you should prepare 10 copies of the material you wish to <br />present [o the Board. We need to receive your material 10 days prior to the scheduled Board hearing date, so that we <br />have time to distribute your copies to the Board for their use during the meeting. <br />During the hearing, the Division may recommend to the Board that you need a permit. That recommendation will be <br />based on the petition's content and conversations with you in this regard. The Division's recommendations, however, <br />are not always followed.
