This is essen- <br />tially a permit transfer case. The permit was previously in the <br />names of Colina Oro Molina, Inc. and Gold Hill Ventures as co- <br />permittees. The permit is being transferred to Colina Oro <br />Molina, Inc. and Mi Vida Enterprises, Inc. as co-permittees. The <br />transfer is being accomplished by stipulation before the Board. <br />Ihave received the appropriate performance warranty. We current- <br />ly hold a CD under the original permit. The one remaining prob- <br />lem is the financial warranty form. As you can see from the at- <br />tachments they used the letter of credit form instead of the CD <br />form. <br />Once you have completed the financial warranty form, please mail <br />it to Swede Johnson for the appropriate signatures.
