The next semi-annual report <br />submittal will be provided by the end of May, 1992. <br />In accordance with your letter dated February 10, 1992 <br />regarding subsidence reports, we will revise the cross section <br />diagrams per your suggestions for the next submittal. In <br />addition, we will be revising permit map no. 17, Mine Plan Map, to <br />clarify the extent of underground workings and define a projected <br />29 degree angle of draw. <br />If you have any questions or require additional information, <br />please contact me at your convenience. <br />Sincerely, <br />Allen S.
