Per
our discussions, samples were obtained from the north and south ends
of the mine and analyzed.
A review of the data indicates that the SAR values of the samples from
the north end of the mine and the coal and roof samples from the south
end of the mine are elevated. These elevated levels should not prove
to be problematic due to the commitment to topsoil the refuse pile.
This will serve to satisfy stipulation number 25 of the permit.
Sincerely,
Richard A.
