Permit No. 77-153 <br />Our files indicate that the anniversary date for this permit <br />is February 7. This Annual Report will cover the time period <br />February 8, 1985 through February 7, 1986. Please refer to the <br />Annual Report Map attached for the below mentioned areas. <br />We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report <br />questions as outlined in Section 2.41 of the Rules and Regulations. <br />2.41 (1) Mining continued in Stage III, no new land was disturbed <br />this year. The transportation ROW was mine to completion <br />this year leaving only Stage P to be mined. Approximately <br />14.22 acres ± was mined in the 85/86 season (blue). In <br />addition the 1600 linear feet of below water bank sloping <br />in stage was completed this year. <br />(2) Of the area mined 10.85 acres ± is lake and will need no <br />further reclamation. The remaining 3.37 acres is within <br />the backfill area in the southeast sector of the affected <br />lands (cross hatched). <br />(3) The silting backfill continued on the 3.10 acres +/- in <br />the northwest part of the property (dark blue). Bank <br />sloping continued on the above water slopes alone the <br />south side of Stage I, approximately 2,100 linear feet <br />(pink). Topsoiling and revegetation of this bank slope <br />will begin this year. Below water sloping began on 475 <br />linear feet ± along the norther lake shore in Stage II, <br />1,150 linear feet ± along the north and east shores of <br />Stage III as well as the 500 linear feet of shore that <br />was the Transportation ROW located in Stage I (orange). <br />(4) Monitoring continued in the tree planting area mentioned <br />last year (green).
