Scaling and Plugging Monitoring Wells, Development Drill Holes: Trapper will include <br />costs Cor sealing and plugging monitaring wells and those development drill holes that <br />are drilled within the two-year mining area. The number oC development drill holes <br />within this area will be deterntined using Trapper's historical development drilling data. <br />3. Site Maintenance: The cost of site maintenance will be added (514,972). <br />4. Abandoned Coal Stockpile: The acres associated with this area are included in final <br />grading, topsoiling and scaling estimates. <br />5. Removal of Concrete Spillways: OOMLR agrees that these structures can be viewed as <br />embankment material and will be graded into the pond basins and covered with an <br />appropriate amount of material. <br />6. Removal of Rip Rap Material: COMLR and Trapper egret: that appropriate costs Cor <br />handling rip rap associated with Cclyote Dam will be included. <br />7. Ditches and Drainageways: Trapper will include costa far grading diversions. <br />R Straight Blade For Impoundments and Ditches: A semi-U blade will be oast Cor the <br />grading of impoundments and ditches. <br />This concludes our summary of agreements reached on November 17, 1992.
