I am
sorry that you were not on-site, but I understand you were working
until very early in the morning at Somerset. I have included a
number of issues in this inspection report and if you have any
questions, please do not hesitate to call.
I would like to reiterate the point about the missing documents
from your files. These items; the finalized NPDES permit, pond
inspection reports for second quarter, and the insurance document
with the omitted language, must be in your files as soon as
possible. A violation can be written if the required documents are
not contained in your files. It is highly recommended that the
maintenance items be done before winter. As I am sure you are
aware, it is difficult to do maintenance during cold temperatures
and the site should be in good shape before spring runoff.
Again if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call.
S
Christine E. ~o~ston /
Reclamation SPe ialist
