Mr. )ce Dudash, CDMG <br />Re: Topsoil Replacement Depths <br />Page 2 <br />Trapper is confident that average topsoil replacement depths meet at least minimum requirements <br />for all parcels reclaimed to date. This confidence is based primarily on the described field <br />monitoring system that ensures that minimum depths aze replaced as topsoil is laid down by <br />scraper crews. Notwithstanding our formal depth monitoring program, we do not have hard topsoil <br />depth sample data for parcels reclaimed between 1986 and 1988.
