The mining plan <br />approval authorized mining of about 9.3 additional tons of <br />Federal coal in 1,320 acres of Federal lease COC 51551. <br />Approval of this mining plan supplements the Deserado Mine mining <br />plans for Federal leases C-023703, D-047201, <br />C-0126669, C-8424, C-8425, and C-44693 approved on July 15, 1981, <br />May 19, 1986, and May 10, 1988. Mining operations must be <br />conducted in accordance with both the Colorado State permit and <br />the approved mining plan. <br />I have enclosed a copy of the mining plan approval document. <br />Please read the terms and conditions of the mining plan approval <br />document carefully.
