BANTA, Director <br />January 13, 1988 <br />Mr. Robert Kuretich <br />1846 4365 Lane <br />Paonia, Colorado 81428 <br />Re: Terror Creek Loadout, File No. C-83-059 <br />Dear Mr. Kuretich: <br />A few weeks ago you telephoned Mr. Robert Liddle of our office concerning <br />dust suppression at the Terror Creek Loadout. <br />In response to your question, Terror Creek Company will be implementing all <br />dust control measures agreed to in the past commencing in the spring.
