This will be a life of the mine permit, subject to <br />annual review. <br />This case was originally granted by the Board of <br />Adjustment for a period of 5 years, running from <br />July 22, 1975 to July 22, 1980, in an A-2 zone <br />district. Rezoning to the Mineral-Conservation <br />(M-C) district was accomplished on March 10, 1980 <br />by rezoning Case No. Z79-65. <br />On May 14, 1980 testimony was received from the <br />applicants, staff comments and referral replies <br />were reviewed. The case was tabled until today's <br />meeting to allow time for the applicants to meet <br />with the Apple Meadows Homeowner's Association <br />and for additional referrals to be sent out since <br />the applicant is proposing some changes in hours <br />of operation, amount of equipment used, etc. <br />DISPOSITION OF OLD (STATE HIGHWAY) MINING CASES: <br />Case No. A63-50 - West bank of Platte, joint State <br />and County project on Hwy 121 from <br />Hwy 75 to West Hampden. <br />Case No. A63-210 - Near Jeffco Airport, S of Broomfield <br />Case No. A67-14 - W. 20th & Eldridge <br />Case No. A67-15 - E. side of South Table Mountain, <br />on W. 20th between Indiana & <br />Gladiola <br />Case No, A67-17 - Alameda exteded and Quaker St. <br />Case No. A67-20 - N. of Hwy 40 & Orchard Road <br />Case No. A67-134 - W. of Hwy 74, opposite 41ahKeeney Park <br />Case No. A71-68 - Hwy 40 and Ruby Valley Road <br />These cases were tabled from May 14, 1980 for site <br />inspections by the Zoning Department. <br />Response from State Highway as to the status of <br />these pits was reviewed by the Board May 14, 1980. <br />The disposition of these cases was postponed until <br />today, pending site inspections by the Zoning De- <br />partment. {see comments in case files) <br />
