If during mining operations unidentified prehistoric or historic resources are discovered, <br />the operator shall ensure that the resources are not disturbed and shall notify the Colorado <br />Division of Minerals and Geology and the Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and <br />Enforcement (OSM).
