Decision <br />The recommendation is to offer for competitive lease the <br />1304.51 acres in the National King Coal lease application (COC <br />62920) subject to standard lease stipulations contianed in <br />(Form Number), and standard special stipulations_ <br />2. Relationship of the Decision to the EA <br />Two alternatives were discussed in the EA: the Proposed <br />Action (Alternative 1) and the No Action Alternative <br />(Alternative 2). The decision is to implement Alternative 1 <br />by offering the application area for competitive lease. <br />Rationale <br />The decision is consistent with the objectives of the San <br />• JuanfSan Miguel Resource Management Plan.
