14. Zn return for the site evaluation work, the Debtor <br />will pay Remcor the total sum of $86,200. A break down of the <br />fee to be earned by Remcor as per discrete task is included in <br />the Proposal and in table 1 to the Proposal. <br />15. The Agreement obligates Remcor to maintain <br />confidentiality with respect to the work it performs under the <br />Agreement and with respect to any document it may produce in <br />connection with its performance under the Agreement. ee <br />Agreement, q 7. Pursuant to the first sentence of the Agreement, <br />Remcor acl;nowledges that its work is performed in anticipe~tion of <br />litigation for CF&I Steel Corporation's attorneys and is z~ttorney <br />work product. <br />16. Under the Agreement, Remcor limits its liability <br />for the Agreement to the total compensation it receives under the <br />Agreement; Remcor also limits its exposure for such potential <br />liability to two years. Remcor is obligated under the Agreement to <br />maintain a certain minimum amount of insurance coverage to cover <br />any bodily injury and property damage which may occur in <br />connection with performance under the Agreement. ee Agreement, <br />y 13. <br />18.
