8. CFI believes that the Invalid Reclamation Claims
of those persons listed in Exhibit A should be disallowed either
as affording the Reclamation Claimants any rights to reclamation
of goods or as giving rise to a priority claim under sections
546(c) or 503 (b) of the Bankruptcy Code against the bankruptcy
estate of CFI Steel.
9. Besides the Reclamation Claimants listed on
Exhibit A, other Reclamation Claimants have asserted reclamation
claims which CF&I Steel considers to be invalid ~ o o. Those
Reclamation Claimants include the following entities (value of
alleged claaims): American Mineral Sales ($17,538.75), Cyprus
Minerals (:>2,252.16), Dixon Paper Co. ($705.12), Eggelhof Inc.
(($1,527.50), Maxtec International ($1,900.08), Milacron
