will be paid pursuant to this Motion as Valid Reclamation Claims. <br />Accordingly, once such payment has been made, the proofs of claim <br />filed by :ouch Reclamation Claimants will be inaccurate. <br />CFSI Steel is presently resolving claims filed in its case <br />and in related cases, and, in connection therewith, requests that <br />the Court order Reclamation Claimants to amend their proofs of <br />claim within 30 days of receiving payment for Valid Reclamation <br />Claims to reflect only their remaining claim against CF&I Steel. <br />The Reclamation Claimants which CF6I Steel believes should file <br />amended claims include: A.P. Green Industries, Inc.: American <br />Electric Ca.; CPS Distributors, Inc.; Earle M. Jorgenson Co.; <br />Galt Alloy, Inc. (reclamation claim filed as secured claim); <br />Gantrex Corp.; Harbison-Walker Refractories; Howmet Corporation; <br />Joslyn Hi-Voltage Corporation; Kaman Industrial Technologies <br />Corporation; Martin Marietta (reclamation claim filed as priority <br />claim); Materials Handling (reclamation claim filed as priority <br />claim); Nalco Chemical Company; North American Refractories; PMC <br />Industries, Inc.; Proler International Corp.; Joseph Ryerson; <br />UCAR-Linde. <br />The Valid Reclamation Claims meet the requirements discussed <br />above regarding reclamation in bankruptcy.
