I
~ look forward to receiving notification regarding this matter, including the setting of a formal
hearing date.
Please send any additional documentation regarding these four mines. As we discussed, my
request is only for documents added since Russell Means provided the requested documentation
to Jeff Parsons on December 13, 2005. I would prefer electronic copies, but either paper or
electronic format is fine.
Thank you again for your helpful assistance in this matter. If you have any questions, please do
not hesitate to call.
Sincerely,
s/Travis E Stills
Travis Stills
Managing Attomey
Energy Minerals Law Center
cc: Jeff Parsons, Western Mining Action Project
