In these letters, I outlined a suggested <br />procedure for handling permit materials which will hopefully avoid <br />confusion similar to that involved with technical revisions 8 and <br />9. The Division's requirement for NCIG to republish public notice <br />of TR 8 and 9 is included in the letter to Mr. Matthies. <br />If you have any questions or comments regarding these matters, feel <br />free to contact me.
