<br />1. Relocate the mine entrance signs to the county road fork by May 1, <br />1981. <br />This was accomplished prior to April 15, 1981. <br />2. Topsoil marker at Pit 011 pile in place by May 1, 1981. <br />A topsoil marker was placed on the stockpile at Pit 011 immediately <br />,Q after the inspection. <br />rU <br />`L C ~ Pond certification submitted to division by May 1, 1981. <br />The certification statement for sedimentation ponds A, B, C, D, and <br />E was prepared by ACZ, Inc., and mailed to CMLRD during the week of <br />April 20, 1981. A copy of this certification is attached for your ref- <br />erence. <br />~4: Close ranch access road by May 15, 1981. <br />This road was barricaded early in April. <br />5. Have applicable permits on file at the office immediately. <br />They are and have been kept on file since mine start-up in 1974. <br />6. Submit any monitoring (water) data collected during the first quarter <br />- when available. <br />Pursuant [o Kerr Coal's approved mining and reclamation permit No. <br />CO-006-81, all water monitoring data will be submitted on an annual <br />basis in November of each year during the term of the permit. <br />7. Clean culvert No. 16 before spring thaw by May 10, 1981. <br />Culvert No. 16 was cleaned as requested. <br />8.
