Agri-0LD Gravel Pit <br />Gosney & Sons, Inc. <br />Permit No M•2000-030 <br />La Plata County, CO <br />Extent of current disturbances to affected land: <br />Access and egress roads are built, approximately 12 acres have been mined artd are <br />currently being used for stockpiling and work area. <br />Reclamation accomplished to date and during preceding year: <br />No reclamation has taken place as of yet. <br />New disturbances that are anticipated to occur during the coming year: <br />5 acres of additional mining activity are planned for the coming year. <br />Reclamation that will ba performed during the upcoming year: <br />No reclamation is scheduled for this report year. <br />Dates for the beginning of active operations: <br />We began mining operations in December of 2004. Stockpiled material was hauled out <br />periodically throughout the year. <br />Date active operations ceased for the year, if any: <br />N/A <br />Statement regarding the sufficiency of the value of the Financial Wan•anty: <br />DMG holds a surety bond for financial warranty in the amount of $39,453.00 There are <br />no change in the mining plan or the reclamaiion plan. The amount is sufficient for ail <br />reclamation work remaining at the AGRI-DLD Pit. <br />
