10. The permittee shall notify the Planning Department 48 hours prior to beginning any <br />hauling and again when the hauling ceases. <br />11. Days of operation sha!! be up to six days per week. No coal will be hauled after 6AM <br />on Sundays or on the fallowing holidays: New Year's Day, Presidents Day, Memorial <br />Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. The Permitee will <br />provide radios for the bus(es) to communicate with the coal haulers. Hauling coal <br />during school bus hours shall be negotiated and agreed upon by the Permit Holder <br />and the Hayden School District as to safety measures to be taken when the school <br />bus is on RCR 27. There currently is no bus service required on RCR 27. <br />12. The Public Service Company shall pay $1.00 per ton of coal hauled on RCR 27 to <br />' cover any costs incurred by the County for road maintenance, repair, or <br />reconstruction associated with the haul. <br />13.
