Toxic-forming materials are or will be exposed or disturbed as a result of <br /> mining operations. Waste rock dumps are exposed to rain and snowmelt <br /> runoff possibly causing offsite contamination. <br /> If you agree with this designation, you are required to notify the Office by mail of your <br /> concurrence within 30 days of the date of this notice and to proceed to comply with the <br /> requirements of subsection 7.2.3 of the Mineral Rules.
