As you
aze probably aware from your discussions with Mr. Carl Dismant, owner both properties, a new map was
required for the Khedive to show the affect of last year's reclamationr The Syracuse map should have been
transmitted by Mr. Dismant under a separate letter, however ifyou have not received this map please let me
know and 1 will get you a copy.
As also discussed, Mr. Dismant and I have verified that the water flow from the Khedive portal can be
traced as surface flow to where it dischazges into Dexter Creek. I have included the analysis from the 2001
second quarter sampling from the discharge sites shown on the attached map. I believe the sampling shows
little to no affect on water quality from either Khedive dumps or portal discharge. Mr. Dismant has agreed
to continue sampling for at least two more quarters for the parameters shown on the sheets.
Should you have any questions or comments on the above information please feel free to call me at (970)
325-4320.
Tru
Brian K. r s, P.E: `~
President
R
~G~~c~®!°~,
0
~~°Pr%
°°r
cA%
Oy
