Box 15596 <br />Lakewood, CO 80215 <br />RE: Status of Canadian Strip mine, File C-81-026 <br />Uear Mr. Koblitz: <br />Tnrough recent negotiations with the Office of Surface Mining we are able to <br />offer you the opportunity to place your operations which are currently <br />unaergoing final reclamation, in temporary cessatton status rather than <br />permanent cessation. Under temporary cessation we would be required to <br />contluct a quarterly complete inspection. Any partial inspections would be <br />done at our discretion, probably conincident with any work you neetled to <br />conduct during the summer months.
