Specifically, a combined permit identification and <br />blast warning sign with the following information: <br />Name: Oxbow Carbon and Minerals, Inc. <br />Address: P.O. Box 535, Somerset, Colorado 81434 <br />Telephone Number: (970) 929-5122 <br />Permit Identification Number: C-91-022 <br />Warning: "Warning! Explosives in Use" <br />Blast Warning Signal: Horn Sounded Intermittently for One Minute <br />All Clear Signal: Horn Sounded Continuously for One Minute <br />Marking of Blast Areas: Area Behind This Sign is a Blasting Area <br />Charged Holes Within the Permit Area: A Red Flag is Posted in the <br />Immediate Vicinity of Charged Holes <br />Although there is not a specification for the size of the signs, <br />the specifications of Rule 4.02.1 are: <br />Signs and markers required by 4.02 shall: <br />(1) Be posted and maintained by the permittee; <br />(2) Be of uniform design throughout the operation that can be <br />easily seen and read; <br />(3) Be made of durable material; and <br />(4) Conform to local ordinances and codes. <br />P O 6 o s 5 3 5 S o m e r s e t.
