Box 226, 1st and Columbia, <br />Delta, in the area known. as Colby, northwest of Cedaredge, Colorado. <br />1. Excessive noise from the air-shaft fan located at the <br />main mine shaft, also know~/as Red Canyon Mines. <br />2. Extreme dusr_ and dirt pollution from dirt roads where <br />heavy mine traffic runs. <br />3.
