The contract with the landowner requires that the material be permanently <br />placed along the south-facing slope of the lower portion of the Jeff Canyon Haul Road, <br />as shown on the attached figure. It is LCC's understanding that this activity is separate <br />from the above-referenced coal mining permit and not under the purview of the Division; <br />therefore, activity related to the hauling and storing of this material will not be regulated <br />under the Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining. <br />Should you have questions or comments, please call.
