(HGTl), Hydro-Environmental Solutions, Inc. is <br />submitting three copies of the executed Routt County Special Use Permit PP2004-070 (SUP). The <br />SUP represents the Board of County Commissioners approval of the 2,000,000 ton per year coal <br />handling system.
