Please check one below and reuun this <br />form with your payment to DMG. ' <br />Computer requirements to use the DMG document imaging CD (or UVD): <br />I. A program called QuickView will be copied to dtc CD and must be installed on your computer in order to use a DMG imaging CD the <br />firs) time, Future use of this or other imaging CD's does not require a new installation oC the software. <br />2. The CD or DVD that you purchase must be in the D: drive. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. <br />3. The CD will contain tiles with the .tif extension. "fhere needs to be an image viewing appliention for .tif (ilex on your computer that <br />will handle .tingle and muhi-page documents. On a Windows XP compmer, the detanlt viewing programs are called "Windows Picture <br />and Fax Viewer" or'PainP' and they do not work with QuickView. The hnaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP computers <br />dots work. DMG has determined that a program called "IrfanView", which can be downloaded from IrfanView.com, does work with <br />QuickView. ARer downloading "Irfxn View", it needs to be configured as your default .tif viewer DMG does not support ur endorse this <br />software and [he licensing and registration arc the user's responsibi city. There are many other programs that work as well, such as <br />"Imaging Preview" and "Imaging for Windows". <br />Instructions: <br />I. Ltserl the CD into your computer. <br />2. Allow time for the CD to install. <br />3. Eject the CD from the computer. <br />4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. <br />5. You arc ready to view the Permit files. <br />NO"PF,: A program called QuickView Autonm, which rtms the Quick View <br />setup program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autorun program <br />does NO"I' work, you will need to manually install the QuickView program. <br />Instructions for manually installing QuickView are available upon request <br />with the CD or can he viewed at www.mininestme.cau.t. <br />'I'hc Pcrmif file document images can be viewed in the reception area of the DMC office or they can be purchased on a CD or <br />DVU. The CD/DVD purchase cost covers the time and labor of making the CD.
