Debris, organic matter, coal, etc., present in fill None Visible. <br />2. General gradation and characteristics of material The underdrain was extended <br />to "daylight" in the west qA2 road ditch. The material appeared to be well- <br />graded, blocky material. <br />3. Presence of water, surface and ground No signs of water seepage at the end <br />of the underdrain or in the lower half of the existing pit. <br />4. Condition of underdrain (approx. current width, depth, and length), material <br />gradation and characteristic, compaction, presence. of water Underdrain con- <br />struction is completed. Once the upper part of the qA2 Coal Haulage Ramp <br />is no longer required, backfilling and grading can proceed above the under- <br />drain. No sign of water flowing. <br />5. General material movement No unexpected movement is evident. <br />6. Proximity and treatment of seep points None observed. <br />7. Condition of slope fill surface (grading, cracks or sloughing, erosion, <br />revegetation) No apparent change from the prior inspection. <br />8.
